From the start of the checking in process to actually getting into the room was fairly simple and easy. The gentleman that worked at the front desk was really professional and informative. Upon walking into the room I noticed that there was a phone charger and a vape device sitting on the countertop where the lamp was. Funny thing about this was the housekeeper that cleaned the room left her name on a card by the lamp. Tabitha was her name. I believe she might have left her vape device on the table while writing her name on card stating it was her that cleaned the room. The room was clean besides the vape device and phone charger that was left behind. I personally didn't stress it like others may or could have. I literally left it where it was and didn't move it. The bed was super comfortable. There were plenty of towels for guest occupancy. However, it was just myself. Also provided was Dove body wash, Dove hand soap, and Dove shampoo conditioner. If I had to choose a hotel to stay in again this would definitely be one to choose from with the exception of the vape device that was left behind.

GREAT location! Everything is within walking distance.. check out the Farmers market on Saturday morning 🤩 Market square in downtown area are full of neat restaurants and bars. Hotel was very clean...very nice. Outside bar had live entertainment over the weekend each night.

The hotel is not bad, it is pretty nice and very well maintained. The real only down side is the cost of everything else. In thr room they have water bottle and coffee set up, but at a cost if you are not a loyalty member. The restaurant after lunch is very expensive. The food is very good and they deliver to your room if you do not want to sit down and eat.

We stayed here during nationals gymnastics. Knoxville is quite different than home, so we appreciated how everyone at the Hilton made our life easier those couple days. The front desk crew was kind and patient- answering all our questions and concerns. Hospitality crew was awesome- quickly getting us extra towels and sheets when we asked. And Spencer and his valet crew were great! They also made my kids feel special with engaging conversation while we waited for our car. They made valet parking so easy and stress free. Thank you all! The ONLY “complaint”- the pool was closed for maintenance the whole time we were there. Totally understandable- but my kids were disappointed. And the only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review overall.
